The Miami Lyric Opera presents The Barber of Seville by Gioacchino Rossini with the libretto of Cesare Sterbini at the Olympia Theatre at the Gusman Center on August 18 and 19 at 8 pm. Miami Art Museum is showing the documentary film Lagos/Koolhaas Saturday August 18. “This hypnotic documentary explores the complex city of Lagos through the observations of award-winning architect and urban theorist Rem Koolhaas and the residents themselves. Tango hits the stage at the Amaturo Theater at the Broward Center Friday, August 17 at 9 p.m. Tango Lovers (Enamorados del Tango): Tango, Passion and Sensuality.
