Robot & Frank, starring Frank Langella and Susan Sarandon, opens August 31 at the Coral Gables Art Cinema. The film melds science
fiction with a classic story of an aging "retired" jewel thief who is losing his memory. Robot & Frank, also starring James Marsden and Liv Tyler, won the Alfred P. Sloan prize at this year's Sundance Film Festival. It was directed by Jake Schreier. Gables Cinema Director Robert Rosenberg says, "This is a film sure to delight all kinds of audiences, from those who love sci-fi to those who love character-driven plots, which is what gives Robot & Frank its special charm.
