John Legend brings Christmas to Miami Beach on the second stop of his tour that celebrates the holiday season. The show is Saturday, Nov. 18 at the Fillmore Miami Beach.
Lucky for us, Miami Beach audiences will get a sneak peek, for sure, at what the rest of the nation will see when Legend stars in his own Christmas special on NBC just 11 days later.
His wife, Chrissy Teigen, will co star on the special, but don't be surprised if she doesn't make an appearance on Friday night at the Fillmore. We're not promising anything, but Legend does have his family on the road with him, including their two kids, Luna and Miles.
Legend kicked off his holiday tour in Clearwater, Fla., on Wednesday. The Fillmore show is just the second stop on a 24-city tour that winds up in San Diego, Calif., on the eve before New Year's Eve.
The 10-time Grammy winner, 39, will be performing songs from his upcoming album, A Legendary Christmas, which was released Oct. 26. The album features 14 Christmas classics, including “Silver Bells,” “Christmas Time Is Here,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” and more.
Legend made the announcement of the tour on Instagram on Oct. 1, saying: "This winter, get ready for A Legendary Christmas! I have a brand new Christmas album coming out accompanied by #ALegendaryChristmas Tour! "
