Global Arts Project and the Collins Park Neighborhood Association celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with Tito Puente, Jr and his Latin Jazz Ensemble with a free performance at Collins Park, Miami Beach, Sunday, Sept. 29th, 2019. This is the fourth of five free concerts in the 2019 Artscape series. The City of Miami Beach transported seniors to the event and The Boucher Brothers donated the use of chairs, umbrellas and tables.
