Now that the kids are back to school, maybe you’re looking for something to give everyone a break this weekend.
How about dinosaurs and Legos?
“Jurassic Quest” and “Brick Fest Live” are joining forces and will be in Miami for one weekend at the Fair Expo Center, 10901 Coral Way, Miami.
The combined event, called “Quest Fest,” on Saturday, Aug. 23 and Sunday, Aug. 24, will feature Jurassic Quest’s life-size animatronic dinosaurs alongside Brick Fest Live’s LEGO-inspired attractions.

Join in to make the largest mosaic in the world for the Guinness Book of World Records at Quest Fest.
One ticket gives access to both experiences for the day.
“Dinosaurs and LEGOs are prime entry points to introduce children to so many aspects of science, from biology and geology to engineering,” said David Taube, CEO of Family Quest Entertainment, which operates both events.
Jurassic Quest transports guests back millions of years with its herd of animatronic, scientifically accurate dinosaurs. Visitors can get up close to a towering T-Rex, ride on the backs of giant dinos, and interact baby dinosaurs. Fossil fans will find real prehistoric treasures on display, while younger explorers can dig for bones, bounce in inflatables, or play in the “Triceratots” soft zone.

The Tyrannosaurus group at Quest Fest are lifelike.
Jurassic Quest began in 2013 and was developed with leading paleontologists so that each dinosaur is brought to life using realistic likenesses, movement and sound.
Meanwhile, Brick Fest Live immerses families in a sea of over one million building bricks, race custom builds down 35-foot tracks, or dive into a massive pit filled with 200,000 colorful bricks.
There are also glow-in-the-dark building zones, life-size models, and meet-and-greets with LEGO Masters.
And, Miami, be part of history in the Guinness World Record challenge to create a large-scale floor mosaic.
“By bringing together Jurassic Quest and Brick Fest Live for the first time ever, we’re giving families a chance to dive into the world of dinosaurs, hands-on building, and creativity – all in one action-packed day,” said Taube.
