Mateusz Krzyzowski is a young Polish pianist who won the first prize at the XII International Paderewski Piano Competition in Bydgoszcz in 2022 and winner of the award for the best performance of WA Mozart's piano concerto. He was also a semi-finalist at the 2021 International Chopin Competition in Warsaw. He began his education in his hometown in the Music School Complex of Feliks Rybicki in Tychy in the class of mgr Bozena Furmanska. He continued at the class of Lubow Nawrocka and Sebastian Nawrocki. Currently, he is a student at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in the class of Prof. Joanna Lawrynowicz-Just. He has worked with such ensembles as the Lublin Philharmonic, Sinfonia Juventus, Aukso Chamber Orchestra, and Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice and many others.
