Experience an immersive sound bath offering a moment of reflection and collective grounding amidst Zak Ove's public art installation.
Guided by Tree Om Sound Bath, the session invites participants to slow down, listen deeply, and engage with sound as a meditative and restorative practice. Participants are required to bring a mat. Optional blankets and cushions recommended.
