This class will explore grooves, textures, and musicality while connecting to the reggaeton beat! Through choreography and freestyle, the space invites you to PERREARRRR!
LA CALLE! is Carne Viva's bi-weekly community initiative that brings art, movement, and education into the everyday lives of our neighborhoods. Rooted in the belief that community shapes practice, and practice shapes community, the series offers accessible mid-week classes led by artists across disciplines who are actively creating change. Welcoming all bodies and all experience levels, LA CALLE! challenges traditional ideas of who gets to move, create, and belong, using dance,music, and text as tools for artivism, cultural exchange, and collective empowerment.
