MOAD Presents William Osorio Open Studio

Join MOAD and William Osorio at MDC's Padron Campus Art Gallery for an open studio.

Osorio will provide visitors with a glimpse into his practice, informed by art history, literature and psychology, and examining the complex relationship between power and knowledge. Visitors will have a chance to view his latest works, created in the gallery space, and speak to the artist.

MOAD's programs are made possible with the support of the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and the Cultural Affairs Council, the Miami-Dade County Mayor, and Board of County Commissioners. They are sponsored in part by the State of Florida through the Division of Arts and Culture, and with generous support from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation. The Miami Herald is a media sponsor of MOAD's programming.

ArtServe Member's Show: Florida Opulence

The ArtServe Member's Show: Florida Opulence will explore the aesthetics of Florida through the lens of the Gilded Age of America from October 10 through January 2, 2026.

This unique member's exhibition delves into the beauty, wealth and historical significance of Florida's past, bringing together a collection of stunning works that capture the essence of the state's opulent history.

ArtServe will feature two solo exhibitions awarded through the Broward County Cultural Division: "Please Touch" by artist Cary Daly and "Marking the Moments" by artist LuRu.The public is invited to a free opening reception on October 17 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. that will feature live music by the jazz band Totem Cave.
