Photography as Art takes you on a journey through pre-visualized narrative explorations experiments in light, optics, and composition, all shaped by the precision of traditional photographic tools. Through intricate staging and logistical coordination, this documentary embraces the artistry of the camera itself, inspired by a deep passion for the medium.

Presented by James Schot, the featured works stand apart from digitally constructed imagery, often mistaken for software-generated compositions. To define this distinction, he describes his photography as a bridge between analog and digital. Step into the creative mind behind the lens and discover the artistry woven into each framed canvas.
