An afternoon filled with familiar melodies, vibrant rhythms, and music that celebrates the richness and diversity of Hispanic culture. Music from Bizets Carmen and de Fallas Ritual Fire Dance gives way to Carreos Margaritea, Mrquezs Danzn No. 2, Aires de Venezuela, and a lively selection of popular favorites.
The 37th season opens in the heart of Hispanic Heritage Month with a program built on rhythm, memory, and unmistakable color. The Alhambra Orchestra performs side by side with Msicos por Venezuela under the direction of Maestro Daniel Andai and guest conductor Maestro Tarcisio Barreto Ceballos, joined by special guest musicians Ensamble 7/4, and singer Jonathan Acosta.
